Well, bad experience, I'm new here, the person who helped me sold me insurance that I consider expensive for a Nissan Sentra 99. In the end, I got a total of 440 dollars, he never let me review the documents, it just said sign here and he took the document and he did not give me any copy, claiming that it would arrive by mail, personally I will not return,

I called on the phone to ask for information about business insurance twice they told me they would put me in touch with the right department and they never answered me they just left me on hold what service do they offer wow

Poor service and a very rude girl don’t know her name. My dad walk into the office in East LA 3 times and she refused to send forms to his insurance she gave false information and still fill out his form incorrectly. My father a senior ask me for help I call the Insurace and she said that our broker had the ability to send them that information also that they get pay as a brokers to help with whatever services are needed😡 I had to go and let them know what they did to my dad very upset and the guy said are you sure your dad came here I’m like yea he told me that form was incorrect and he fix it also said that he was able to send that information ver nice young man. The other girl was mean and she doesn’t t deserve that job obviously she’s not happy on what she’s doing I rate her 0000000 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
